How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know by emailing us at contactus@shopbabygogreen.com and we will do our best to accommodate you with an exchange or store credit. Please do not ship back returns before emailing us to verify our return policy and also for a return authorization.

Upon request, we can email you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience and the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the return credit. Please note that if the return is for more than 2 items a pre-paid label cannot be sent as we won't be able to guess on the weight of the package.

If you want a new item, a new order will need to placed via the website. Your store credit from your return will automatically be applied at checkout.

Sorry but as customary with most small boutiques, we do not offer refunds. Even if a shipping notification has not been received we do not offer a refund. One reason being is that the order may have been processed and shipped already even if you haven't received a notification. The second reason is that we offer very limited quantities per style and once the item(s) is taken out of stock and unavailable for others to purchase we miss out on other sales.

Please note that for exchanges/store credit items must be unwashed/unused/unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached and must be received by us within 14 days of the date of original shipment to you. If received after 14 days or if item is missing tags or washed/worn the item will be shipping back to you and not returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE INCLUDING ANY PROMO CODES ON REGULAR MERCHANDISE FOR 20% OFF or more.
